• I am a Suzuki Certified Instructor 

• I was the String Pedagogy (teaching) Professor at the University of Colorado Boulder

• I have performed with Cirque du Soliel (Cirque Dreams Holidaze) on Electric Violin, in Celtic and Bluegrass bands, and in the York Symphony Orchestra

• You'll have FUN learning to play their instrument

• I have a Master's in Violin Pedagogy, and Bachelors in Music Education

• I keep students motivated and practicing by giving them goals, changing musical directions, helping them find a music community and performance opportunities

Students of Travelers Rest Strings are from all over the country. I teach remote lessons as well in-person lessons to students in the Upstate South Carolina area out of my studio just outside of Greenville in Travelers Rest, SC. 

I provide private music lessons that are catered to your individual musical goals. I teach all genres of music and offer Suzuki, classical, and folk instruction for all levels of stringed instrumentalists. I want to brighten your life through music education, no matter where you are on your musical journey.
